To Establish Service at WRWD

There is a one time, non refundable Customer Service fee of $40.00 at the time of setting up service.

 

If you have purchased property and/or an owner or Landlord of property:

  1. Complete the Customer Service Agreement
  2. You will need to provide a copy of proof of ownership of the property (Ex. Closing Statement, Property Tax bill, or Deed), and photo ID
  3. The completed Customer Service Agreement, Photo ID, and a copy of proof of ownership can be faxed, emailed, or mailed to the following:

  1. Customer Service Agreement will be processed by the 2nd business day. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE READ FRONT AND BACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AGREEMENT BEFORE SIGNING AND INITIALING.  Account and payment details will be emailed to you,  once we process the Customer Service Agreement. (If you have a previous balance from another service location, it must be paid in full before services will be connected.

 

If you are Renting or Leasing a property:

  1. Complete the Customer Service Agreement
  2. New renters will need to provide a copy of rental/lease agreement. If the tenant does not have a lease or rental agreement with his/her landlord, you can print a Rental Agreement below
  3. The completed Customer Service Agreement, a Photo ID, Rental Agreement forms and/or copy rental/lease agreement can be faxed, emailed, or mailed to the following:
