To Establish Service at WRWD

There is a one time, non refundable Customer Service fee of $40.00 at the time of setting up service.

 

New Property Owners:

  1. Complete the Customer Service Agreement
  2. Provide a copy of proof of ownership of the property (Ex. Closing Statement, Property Tax bill, or Deed), and photo ID
  3. The completed forms mentioned above, can be faxed, emailed, or mailed to the following:

  1. Customer Service Agreements and account creation,  will be processed by the 2nd business day. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE READ FRONT AND BACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AGREEMENT BEFORE SIGNING AND INITIALING.  Account and payment details will be emailed to you,  once the account is created. (If you are a returning customer, and have a previous balance, the balance must be paid in full before services will be connected)
  2. If you have purchased property for the intent of renting or leasing, and require the tenant to acquire an account in their name, please provide a rental/lease agreement giving permission to reside at the property. (A rental agreement is required and confirmed prior to service connection).  You can also use the rental agreement provided below

 

New Rental/Lease Customers:

  1. Complete the Customer Service Agreement
  2. New renters will need to provide a copy of rental/lease agreement. If the tenant does not have a lease or rental agreement with his/her landlord, you can print a Rental Agreement below
  3. The completed Customer Service Agreement, a Photo ID, Rental Agreement forms and/or copy rental/lease agreement can be faxed, emailed, or mailed to the following:
