To Establish Service at WRWD

There is a one-time, nonrefundable Customer Service fee of $40.00 at the time of setting up service.

(PLEASE NOTE: THE WOODRUFF ROEBUCK WATER DISTRICT HAS THE RIGHT PURSUANT TO THE SOUTH CAROLINA SETOFF DEBT COLLECTION ACT, TO COLLECT ANY SUM DUE AND OWED BY THE APPLICANT THROUGH OFFSET OF THE APPLICANT’S STATE INCOME TAX REFUND.  ALL APPLICANTS MUST PRESENT A VALID GOVERNMENT-ISSUED SOCIAL SECURITY CARD FOR VERIFICATION.)

 

New Property Owners:

  1. Complete the Customer Service Agreement (SEE LINK BELOW)
  2. Provide a copy of proof of ownership of the property (Ex. Closing Statement, Property Tax bill, or Deed), PHOTO ID, & SOCIAL SECURITY CARD, OR PROOF OF SS#
  3. The completed forms can be Emailed, Faxed, or mailed to the following:

  1. Creating your account and processing the Customer Service Agreements, will be processed by the 2nd business day. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE READ THE FRONT AND BACK OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGREEMENT BEFORE SIGNING AND INITIALING.  Account and payment details will be emailed to you once the account is created. (If you are a returning customer, and have a previous balance, the balance must be paid in full before services will be connected)
  2. If you have purchased a property with the intent of renting or leasing, and require the tenant to acquire an account in their name, please provide a rental/lease agreement giving permission to reside at the property. (A rental agreement is required and confirmed prior to service connection).  You can also use the rental agreement provided below

 

New Rental/Lease Customers:

  1. Complete the Customer Service Agreement
  2. New renters will need to provide a copy of a rental/lease agreement. If the tenant does not have a lease or rental agreement with his/her landlord, you can print a Rental Agreement below
  3. The completed Customer Service Agreement, a Photo ID, Social Security verification, Rental Agreement forms, and/or copy rental/lease agreement can be Faxed, Emailed, or mailed to the following:
